Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and result-driven Assistant Manager – HR Outsourcing to oversee and coordinate outsourced HR operations for multiple client organizations.

This role requires a professional who can balance strategic oversight with operational execution, ensuring seamless HR service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end HR outsourcing operations across multiple client accounts
• Serve as primary liaison between CREM and client organizations on HR matters
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management for outsourced staff
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll administration, benefits coordination, and statutory compliance
• Monitor and enforce HR policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Handle employee relations issues, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
• Prepare and present HR reports, workforce analytics, and client updates
• Conduct periodic HR audits and compliance checks
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery quality
• Supervise and guide HR officers and field staff assigned to client accounts

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on HR experience, with exposure to HR outsourcing or consulting environments
• Strong knowledge of:
• Nigerian labour laws and statutory regulations
• Payroll systems and HRIS tools
• Employee relations and performance management
• Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an added advantage
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
