Position Overview:
We’re hiring an Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our expansion into banks, fintechs, and large enterprises.
This is not a typical sales role.
In this role, you will own:
• Strategic deal-making
• Complex sales cycles
• Executive-level relationships
• Market penetration into high-value financial institutions
You should already have strong relationships across banks, payment companies, and financial services players, and know how to turn those relationships into revenue.
What You’ll Do
Own Enterprise Revenue Growth
• Drive end-to-end sales for large accounts (banks, insurers, fintechs, large corporates)
• Consistently close high-value, multi-stakeholder deals
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities
Sell Complex Financial Products
• Position Klak’s reconciliation and finance automation products to CFOs, Heads of Finance, and Operations leaders
• Translate technical capabilities into business value (cost savings, risk reduction, efficiency gains)
• Lead product demos, proposals, and commercial negotiations
Leverage Your Network
• Activate existing relationships across Banks, Payment companies, OFIs, and Large finance teams
• Open doors that would otherwise take months to access
Navigate Long Sales Cycles
• Manage procurement, compliance, and stakeholder alignment processes
• Work across technical, finance, and executive teams
• Push deals from interest to pilot to full deployment
Influence Product & Strategy
• Provide feedback from the market to shape Klak’s product roadmap
Who You Are
Experience
• 6+ years in enterprise sales, preferably in Fintech, Banking, Payments infrastructure, Financial SaaS
• Proven track record of closing large, complex deals
• Experience selling into Banks, Fintech companies, and other financial institutions
Network
• Strong, active relationships with decision-makers across Nigerian banks, Payment companies, and the financial services ecosystem
• You can pick up the phone and get meetings quickly
Domain Knowledge
You deeply understand
• Payment systems (switching, settlement, reconciliation)
• Financial operations inside banks/fintechs
• Pain points around reconciliation, reporting, and cash visibility
Skills
• Exceptional deal-closing ability
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Ability to sell to C-level executives
• Structured thinker with strong pipeline discipline
• High ownership and accountability
