We build operational software and systems for businesses and institutions. Through 390 Work, we help businesses manage day-to-day operations such as sales, inventory, staff coordination, finance, customer management, and internal execution within a single system.

Role

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Executive who can help us communicate the product more clearly, support demos, improve the product's presentation, and turn customer and market feedback into sharper execution.
This is a cross-functional role at the intersection of product, marketing, and customer understanding. You will help make 390 easier to understand, present, and improve.

This role is ideal for someone who can think clearly, write well, understand software products, and communicate value in practical business language.

What

• Create clear, practical product-led content for Instagram and LinkedIn

• Translate product features into business-facing messaging that people can understand

• Support launch communication for new features, modules, and updates

• Lead product demos for prospects when needed

• Understand prospect questions, objections, and patterns in customer reactions

• Feed insights from demos and customer conversations back into messaging and product thinking

• Review and improve landing page copy and structure

• Help ensure website messaging is clear, practical, and aligned with customer pain points

• Suggest improvements to calls-to-action, page flow, and conversion messaging

• Gather insights from customers, prospects, support conversations, and internal observations

• Identify repeated questions, friction points, and opportunities for product improvement

• Help organise product and market feedback into useful themes

• Support product education efforts such as onboarding content, FAQs, walkthroughs, and explainer assets

Who
We’re looking for someone who is:

• a strong writer and communicator

• product-minded and curious about how software helps businesses operate better

• practical, organised, and able to think clearly from messy information

• comfortable speaking with prospects and understanding what they actually care about

• able to simplify complexity without making things sound generic

• proactive and comfortable working closely with a founder in an early-stage environment

Background

• Experience in product marketing, SaaS marketing, growth, product operations, or customer-facing software roles

• Experience writing content for software products

• Experience reviewing or improving landing pages

• Experience giving demos or supporting sales conversations

• Familiarity with B2B software, operations software, ERP, CRM, or business tools

Success

• 390 becomes easier to explain and easier for prospects to understand

• Product-led content becomes stronger and more consistent

• Demos become clearer and more effective

• Landing pages improve in clarity and conversion

• Customer feedback is captured better and turned into useful action

• Leverage across product communication and go-to-market execution
