Nigerdock is a Nigerian maritime and logistics company operating an integrated port and free zone in Lagos, facilitating global trade with the African market. We operate a multipurpose port facility with three terminals, a shipyard providing drydock services, and offer free zone solutions for businesses to establish operations in Nigeria.
Job Summary The Digital Marketing Analyst supports Nigerdock’s digital growth by planning, executing, analysing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The role focuses on data‑driven insights, content performance tracking, and enhancing Nigerdock’s industry visibility.
Reports To: Digital Marketing Lead Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Management
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and recommend actionable improvements.
Analytics, Reporting & Insights
• Conduct regular performance analysis using tools such as Google Analytics and native social media native analytics.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports covering website traffic and social media engagement metrics and conversions.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to optimise digital strategy.
Content & Digital Asset Support
• Support the development of content for the website, email marketing, and social media channels.
• Maintain updated digital assets, including websites, social media, and multimedia content.
• Collaborate with design team to ensure content accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines Research & Analysis
• Track industry trends and competitor digital activity.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations for improving digital presence.
• Support benchmarking efforts to improve Nigerdock’s digital positioning within the maritime and logistics ecosystem.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Data Analytics, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing preferably in B2B, industrial, maritime, logistics, or technology-driven environments.
• Understanding of digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social insights tools).
• Experience with digital communication tools, content management systems, and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with SEO, paid advertising, CRM systems, and digital content management.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
