Role Purpose
• Drive brand growth, strategic communications, PR, partnerships, marketing, and audience expansion, without compromising editorial independence.
Key Responsibilities
• Build on existing and execute the organization'smarketing strategy (TV, digital, and events)
• PR management: press releases, media relations, crisis comms support
• Brand campaign planning; positioning the organizationas a global institution
• Support sponsorship packaging, pitch materials, and stakeholder visibility
• Manage brand consistency across the organization's arms (TV, Magazine, Logistics, School)
• Develop growth reporting dashboard (reach, conversions, engagement quality)
Added Advantage (Strong Preference):
• Experience: 5-12 years
• Content marketing and growth analytics
• Strategic storytelling for brands
• Experience in media houses or high-visibility institutions
• Ability to manage vendors/designers and deliver premium outputs.
