• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Officer for immediate resumption to support the day-to-day delivery of HR operations.
• The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years’ experience as an HR generalist and will play a key role in supporting core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance
• Provide support in performance management and appraisal processes
• Handle employee queries and support engagement initiatives
• Assist with payroll coordination and benefits administration
• Support learning and development activities
• Prepare HR reports and documentation as required
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–3 years’ relevant HR generalist experience
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and Nigerian labor laws
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• CIPM certification or progress towards certification is an added advantage.
