Job Summary
• The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
• The role involves managing core HR functions including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as a strategic advisor to management on HR-related matters.
• Drive recruitment and talent acquisition processes to meet business needs.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
• Implement performance management systems and support employee development.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational design.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support learning and development initiatives across departments.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
• Coordinate HR operations including onboarding, exit management, and documentation.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Nigerian labor laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an added advantage.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 monthly.
