• *About the Role**
Our parent company is transforming the hospitality industry and informal economy in emerging markets with Anra, a next-generation Restaurant Operating System that integrates seamless QR-based ordering and Group Wallets for just $15/month. This is secured by CasperID, our AI-powered biometric digital identity protocol.
We are seeking a highly driven Sales & Growth Lead to serve as the primary engine for our revenue growth and market adoption. In this founding-level role, your immediate mandate is to build and scale the distribution channels necessary to successfully onboard our first 1,000 active restaurants. You will target high-volume independent establishments, cafes, and franchise groups, introducing them to a platform that modernizes operations, reduces friction, and increases Average Order Value (AOV).
• *Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Market Penetration:**
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting the F&B sector in key markets (Nigeria and Vietnam). You will personally manage the full-cycle sales process for high-volume, multi-location enterprise accounts.
• Affiliate Network Leadership:
Recruit, train, and oversee a network of independent Affiliate Relationship Managers (RMs). You will monitor RM dashboards, ensure seamless operations, and empower this team to capture the single-location SMB market effectively.
• Consultative Selling & Partnerships:
Articulate the operational and technical value of our suite—specifically Anra and CasperID—to diverse stakeholders. Build strong, lasting relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and industry influencers.
• Frictionless Onboarding & Operations:
Oversee the successful integration of new clients. Take a proactive approach to resolving bottlenecks—such as third-party partner integrations (e.g., Providus Bank API)—ensuring our clients experience zero disruption during rollout.
• Cross-Functional Market Intelligence:
Act as the critical feedback loop between the market and our Product Engineering team. Gather data-driven insights on local user behaviors and operational pain points to guide future product feature development.
• *Qualifications
• Experience:**
5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in SaaS, Fintech, or FoodTech (e.g., POS systems, delivery aggregators, payment solutions).
• Industry Network:
Established, warm relationships within the hospitality and F&B industries in our target markets are highly desirable.
• High-Growth Mindset:
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving. You are accustomed to taking extreme ownership of your pipeline and client success metrics.
• Technical Fluency:
The ability to grasp and articulate complex technical concepts—such as Blockchain Identity (CasperID) and integrated chat interfaces—in clear, business-centric terms.
• Versatility:
The capacity to navigate dynamic, localized market conditions while maintaining the professional polish required to engage with global enterprise stakeholders and investors.

Strong proficiency in CRM management, sales pipeline forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
