Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Sales / Key Account Executive to manage and grow key client relationships while driving revenue growth.
• The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-oriented, and skilled in building long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and business goals
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring effective communication and timely reporting
• Identify and convert new business opportunities within existing and potential accounts
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
• Resolve client issues promptly by collaborating with internal teams
• Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to enhance client experience
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
Requirements
Education

• HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
Experience:
• 1–2 years experience in sales, key account management, or business development
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships
• Experience in B2B or B2C sales environments
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

• Strong account management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing abilities
• Effective communication (verbal and written)
• Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Good understanding of FMCG market dynamics and SWOT analysis
• Knowledge of Modern Trade and Open Market (Route-to-Market strategies)
Additional Requirements:
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and sales tools
• Industry awareness and commercial acumen
