Job Summary The Head of Growth & Marketing will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, brand visibility, and market expansion across all retail channels. The role requires a data-driven leader who can combine strategic marketing with innovative growth tactics to increase sales and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive growth and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across physical stores and digital platforms
Oversee all marketing channels including digital marketing, social media, paid ads, email marketing, and in-store promotions
Lead brand positioning and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints
Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and improve ROI
Collaborate with merchandising, procurement, and operations teams to drive product visibility and sales
Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and seasonal sales initiatives
Optimize customer journey and enhance user experience across online and offline channels
Manage partnerships, influencers, and third-party agencies to drive brand awareness
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform strategy
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing and growth team
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
Minimum of 5–7years’ experience in marketing or growth roles, with at least 3years in a leadership position
Strong experience in the retail industry (pharmacy, supermarket, FMCG, or e-commerce preferred)
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and scaling customer acquisition
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.)
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing large marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
Strong understanding of customer behavior and market trends
