Job Summary:
The Human Resources Director will provide strategic leadership and direction for all HR functions across the organization. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience managing complex HR operations and overseeing a workforce of at least 8,000 employees across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management across all branches
• Lead performance management systems and organizational development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements across all states
• Drive employee engagement, culture, and retention strategies
• Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll structures at scale
• Provide leadership coaching and support to senior management
• Establish and monitor HR policies, systems, and procedures across all locations
• Lead and manage the HR team to ensure operational excellence
