• Responsible for managing end-to-end Human Resources and General Affairs functions in a fast-paced fintech environment, supporting business growth through effective people management, compliance, and office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for many roles
• Implement HR policies, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
• Oversee compensation & benefits, payroll coordination, and HR data accuracy
• Support workforce planning and organizational scaling
General Affairs (GA):
• Manage office operations, facilities, vendors, and procurement
• Oversee office administration, budget, and operational expenses
• Coordinate company events, meetings, training, and travel arrangements.
