Summary



• To strengthen our growing operations in Kano, NutriK is seeking a dedicated and experienced Industrial Project Manager to join our Production Department.



Overall Mission

General objective:



• The Industrial Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing industrial projects from concept through completion.

• This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage budgets, timelines, contractors, and cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.



Responsibilities and Tasks



• Plan, manage, and deliver industrial projects factory installations, upgrades, expansions, and process improvements

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets in alignment with NutriK’s strategic goals

• Coordinate internal teams, external contractors, suppliers, and consultants

• Monitor project performance, costs, risks, and quality standards

• Ensure compliance with Nigerian regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies

• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management

• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost optimization

• Support commissioning, handover, and post‑project evaluation

• Carry out any additional relevant tasks assigned by the line manager.



Required Skills



• Education Degree – Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or related fields.

• Work experience – Minimum of 5 - 8 years’ experience managing industrial or manufacturing projects

• Language skills – English.

• Proven experience in factory construction, equipment installation, or production line projects

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

• Experience working with contractors and multidisciplinary teams

• Solid understanding of health, safety, and regulatory requirements in Nigeria

• PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage

• Computer skills – MS Word, MS Excel & Outlook
