Marketing / Sales Manager
Reporting to: Operations / General Manager
Job Purpose
Responsible for developing and executing marketing and sales strategies that drive bookings, increase revenue, and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans
• Execute digital and traditional promotional campaigns
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Manage social media, advertising, and partnerships
• Track campaign performance and optimize ROI
• Build relationships with clients, agencies, and corporate partners
• Support sales pipeline (lead generation, proposals, follow-ups)
• Ensure consistent brand messaging
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field
• 5 years’ experience (preferably in hospitality)
• Strong digital marketing and analytics skills
• Proven ability to drive revenue and brand growth
