Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented, and strategic Financial Analyst & Accounting Lead to take full ownership of the financial health, reporting, and structure of the business.

This role goes beyond basic accounting. The ideal candidate will serve as a financial strategist and operational partner, providing clear visibility into business performance, profitability, and growth opportunities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong financial systems.

You will work closely with leadership to drive financial clarity, accountability, and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Oversight & Reporting

Maintain complete and accurate financial records across all business operations

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)

Provide clear insights into revenue, expenses, profitability, and cost drivers

Develop and maintain financial dashboards for real-time business visibility

Analyze trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance

Financial Analysis & Business Intelligence

Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess business health and growth opportunities

Monitor key metrics including:

Revenue by service/product line

Profit margins

Cost efficiency

Customer acquisition cost and lifetime value (if applicable)

Support leadership with forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning

Identify inefficiencies, leakages, and opportunities to optimize revenue and reduce costs

Accounting Systems & Structure (QuickBooks Expert)

Fully manage and optimize QuickBooks accounting system

Design, implement, and maintain a robust Chart of Accounts aligned with business operations

Ensure proper categorization of all transactions for accurate reporting

Establish and enforce strong financial controls and processes

Oversee reconciliations (bank, payments, payroll, inventory where applicable)

Audit, Compliance & External Liaison

Act as the primary liaison with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies

Ensure full compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards

Prepare all necessary documentation for audits and financial reviews

Maintain audit-ready financial records at all times

Cash Flow & Financial Management

Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial stability

Provide insights on cash positioning and capital allocation

Ensure proper tracking of receivables, payables, and outstanding balances

Process Improvement & Financial Discipline

Establish and enforce financial policies, SOPs, and reporting structures

Improve efficiency of financial workflows and reporting timelines

Implement systems that support scalability and operational growth

Required Experience

Minimum 5–8+ years in financial analysis, accounting, or similar roles

Strong experience with QuickBooks (Advanced/Expert level required)

Proven ability to set up and optimize charts of accounts and financial systems

Experience working with auditors, tax consultants, and compliance processes

Background in healthcare, medical aesthetics, or service-based businesses is a strong advantage
