About the Role
• As Dynacon Synergy Limited consolidates its expansion and streamlines operations across its various subsidiaries, we are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Accountant & HR Administrator. This is a pivotal role requiring a professional who can navigate the complexities of financial management while overseeing the human capital needs of our diverse business interests.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for harmonizing accounting standards across our subsidiaries and ensuring seamless administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
Financial & Accounting Management:
• Maintain and manage accurate financial records for all company subsidiaries.
• Ensure full compliance with standard accounting principles and Nigerian tax laws.
• Prepare and manage payroll, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
• Conduct internal audits and implement financial controls to safeguard company assets.
• Manage tax filings, VAT, and other regulatory compliance requirements.
• Generate comprehensive financial reports and budget forecasts for executive review
Human Resources & Administration:
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance monitoring.
• Maintain organized employee records and manage leave, benefits, and HR documentation.
• Act as a bridge between management and employees by addressing grievances and administrative needs.
Candidate Requirements
• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting.
• Experience: 5 and above years of verifiable experience in an accounting role. Prior experience handling HR duties is highly preferred.
• Professional Certification: ICAN, ACCA, or ANAN (added advantage).
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of Nigerian Tax Laws, compliance, and modern accounting software.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple business units simultaneously.
• Availability: Must be ready to commence work immediately.
