Business Development/Marketing Executive

Location: Ajao-Estate, Lagos

Industry: Procurement and Shipping

Salary: 150,000 – 200,000

Job Summary The Entry-Level Business Development/Marketing Executive will support business growth by identifying new clients, onboarding new clients, promoting our shipping services, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting in achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for a proactive individual looking to build a career in sales, marketing, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets.



Promote the company’s shipping and logistics services to prospective clients.



Generate leads through cold calls, visits, emails, and networking.



Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers.



Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.



Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into active accounts.



Assist in preparing quotations and negotiating service terms.



Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.



Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.



Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

Requirements



Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.



0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or logistics (NYSC experience is an advantage).



Strong communication and negotiation skills.



Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



Good understanding of the shipping and logistics industry (an added advantage).
