Head of B2B Automotive Sales (Product & Key Accounts) to lead corporate and institutional sales across Nigeria. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth across automotive and allied product lines including vehicles, tyres, generators, and heavy equipment.
The ideal candidate will combine strong strategic sales leadership, key account management, and commercial negotiation expertise to expand market share and build long-term corporate partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• B2B Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
• Lead national B2B sales strategy across automotive and allied sectors
• Drive revenue growth through acquisition and retention of corporate and institutional clients
• Achieve agreed sales targets and profitability objectives
• Corporate & Institutional Account Management
• Develop and manage relationships with key corporate clients, government agencies, and large institutions
• Negotiate and manage high-value contracts and service agreements
• Ensure long-term client satisfaction and repeat business
• Market Expansion & Strategy
• Identify new business opportunities across automotive, tyre, generator, and heavy equipment markets
• Develop and execute market penetration strategies for Lagos, Abuja, and other key regions
• Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Pricing, Commercials & Negotiation
• Lead pricing strategy for B2B accounts in collaboration with management
• Manage contract negotiations with corporate clients and partners
• Ensure profitability while maintaining competitive market positioning
• Team Leadership & Development
• Lead, mentor, and develop regional sales teams
• Set performance targets and monitor achievement of KPIs
• Drive a high-performance and customer-centric sales culture
• Stakeholder & Partner Management
• Liaise with OEMs, distributors, financiers, and service partners
• Build strong relationships with banks and leasing institutions to support sales financing solutions
• Represent the business in key industry engagements and client meetings
Requirements:
• Strong background in corporate sales, institutional accounts, and key account management
• Demonstrated experience managing large-value contracts and complex negotiations
• Strong leadership experience managing sales teams or business units
• Excellent understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategy, and revenue management
• Established network of corporate and institutional clients in Nigeria is an advantage.
