This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ibadan for a Customer Service Sales Representative. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, providing solutions to their needs, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include managing calls, emails, and in-person interactions while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
The representative will also be responsible for meeting sales goals and building strong customer relationships to foster brand loyalty. Qualifications
Customer service and communication skills to effectively handle inquiries and resolve issues
Strong sales and negotiation abilities to meet targets and promote products or services
Proficiency in multitasking, organizational skills, and maintaining attention to detail
Proficiency in using customer relationship management tools and standard office software
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus
