The HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting workforce management across the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
• Administer employee records and maintain accurate HR documentation
• Prepare HR reports monthly and as required by management
• Support performance management processes, including appraisals, confirmation and disciplinary actions
• Handle employee relations issues and provide appropriate resolutions
• Draft yearly training calendar, coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Manage employee onboarding, confirmations, and exit processes (including clearance documentation)
• Support management with HR policies, strategy, structure, and process improvements
• Support the HR team in preparing for internal and external audits
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR Generalist role
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
• Experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
