🚨 WE ARE HIRING: HR EXECUTIVE

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Work Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (On-Site)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₦240,000 – ₦300,000 (Net)
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to oversee core HR operations, ensure compliance, and support the development of a structured, high-performance work environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
2. Maintain accurate staff records, contracts, and HR documentation
3. Prepare and manage monthly payroll inputs
4. Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labour laws (PAYE, LIRS, etc.)
5. Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures
6. Manage employee relations and disciplinary processes
7. Oversee attendance, leave management, and staff scheduling
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2. Minimum of 3 years proven HR experience in a structured organization
3. Strong working knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and compliance requirements
4. Hands-on experience with payroll processes and HR systems
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
