Job Summary
• Heritage Dwellings Limited is seeking a proactive and target-driven Sales Officer to support the Sales & Marketing division in driving revenue growth, generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships.
• The role involves executing sales strategies, managing client interactions, and contributing to market expansion for the company’s real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
• Drive property sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Identify, prospect, and convert new clients across residential and commercial markets.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential buyers and investors.
• Conduct property presentations, inspections, and client engagements.
• Negotiate pricing and payment terms to close deals successfully.
• Expand market reach across local and international clients, including diaspora investors.
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
• Generate and manage leads through digital and offline marketing channels.
• Utilize social media, paid advertising, SEO, and email marketing to attract prospects.
• Advertise properties on listing platforms such as Nigeria Property Centre and PropertyPro.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and corporate partners.
Client Relationship Management:
• Maintain a structured client database and follow-up system.
• Handle client inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Ensure excellent client experience from inquiry to post-sale stage.
• Promote client retention and referrals through consistent engagement.
Market Research & Strategy Support:
• Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis.
• Identify target segments such as diaspora investors, first-time buyers, and corporate clients.
• Provide feedback on market trends, pricing, and buyer preferences.
• Support market penetration and expansion strategies.
Marketing & Promotion Support:
• Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials (flyers, brochures, digital content).
• Assist in managing social media pages and promotional campaigns.
• Participate in events, exhibitions, and property launch activities.
• Support brand visibility and marketing campaigns across platforms.
Sales Performance & Reporting:
• Track leads, conversions, and sales performance.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities.
• Monitor sales targets and contribute to achieving overall team goals.
Documentation & Compliance Support:
• Support clients with necessary documentation and transaction processes.
• Coordinate with legal and administrative teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
Reputation & Client Experience:
• Maintain professional communication and uphold the company’s brand image.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints effectively.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
• 3-4years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Good understanding of real estate sales and marketing strategies.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media is an advantage.
