We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Co-ordinator/Manager, preferably with Healthcare Industry Experience.
IMPORTANT - Candidate must live in the local area (e.g. Ajuwon / Akute / Iju / Ishaga / Alagbole / Lambe, etc.) or within a reasonable distance from Akute. ANYONE RESIDING IN AN AREA FAR AWAY FROM AKUTE MUST NOT APPLY.

Description – in this role you will:
• Find, interview and train new staff.
• Supervise all staff - care staff, hospitality staff, security personnel etc.
• Ensure that all of our elderly residents are happy and well take care of.
• Resolve any staff issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of daily staff matters.
• Communicate effectively with the CEO and COO daily.
• Create the resident activity sheets, and other documents.
Essential requirements – the ideal candidate:
• At least 5 years of proven professional experience as a HR supervisor, co-ordinator or manager.
• Any experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Excellent computer skills, especially using Microsoft Office software such as Word and Excel.
• Exceptional reading, writing and communication skills.
• A positive and solutions-oriented attitude.
Net Salary: Between ₦150,000 and ₦180,000 per month, depending on experience and training.
Working hours:
8.00 am to 6.00 pm, 5 days a week.
The successful candidate must be willing and able to commute daily to our office in Akute, Ogun State.
