Description • The HR Officer will support the effective delivery of human resource operations across the organization.
• The role involves recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and ensure proper documentation
• Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback tracking
• Coordinate staff training and development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Support payroll processes by ensuring accurate and timely employee data
• Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant HR experience
• Good knowledge of HR practices and Nigerian labor laws
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good organizational and administrative abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.

• Experience working in a manufacturing or factory environment.
