• We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Human Resource Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Abuja. We are looking for a proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for people management and a demonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall company culture.
Qualifications & Duties
• Minimum of 13 years of progressive HR experience with at least 8 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations applicable to the food and beverages industry.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes to maintain a healthy workplace environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations relevant to the food and beverages industry.
• Design and administer competitive compensation, benefits, and reward programs to motivate employees.
• Lead organizational development initiatives including training, leadership development, and succession planning.
