Our Client is seeking a seasoned
Human Resources professional
to join our team as
Senior Manager – Performance Management
. The ideal candidate will lead and drive performance strategies across a tech-enabled organization with teams spread across multiple locations, including remote and hybrid work environments.
This role requires deep expertise in
HR performance management frameworks
, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence leadership while building a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide
performance management frameworks
• Drive goal-setting processes (OKRs/KPIs) aligned with business and HR strategy
• Manage end-to-end performance review cycles across multiple locations
• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to address performance gaps and enhance workforce productivity
• Support managers in effectively managing
remote and hybrid teams
• Utilize HR analytics and performance data to drive insights and decision-making
• Oversee performance improvement plans and employee development initiatives
• Ensure alignment between performance management, compensation, and career progression
• Promote a culture of continuous feedback, accountability, and high performance
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
(Master’s degree or HR certification is an advantage)
• Minimum of 8–12 years’ experience in
Human Resources
, with a strong focus on performance management
• Proven experience working within
tech or digital organizations
• Hands-on experience managing performance across
multi-location, remote, and hybrid teams
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, performance management tools, and people analytics
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
