Job Description
We are seeking a highly competent, disciplined, and results-oriented Project Manger to join our team. This role requires strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to execute with minimal supervision.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
• 8-10 years verifiable experience in project management
• Recognized Project Management Certification
• Relevant Civil Engineering professional certification/licensing
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Strong expertise in project planning, coordination, monitoring and reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and enforce structure, timelines, and accountability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, execute, and oversee project from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Track project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Ensure timely delivery of project without compromising quality.
• Prepare accurate reports and provide regular updates to management.
