Role Description
Arone is seeking a dedicated Technical Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of technology projects. The role includes developing project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking project milestones, and ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. The Technical Project Manager will also communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide status updates. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Nsukka.
Qualifications
• Project Management: Experience in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Technical Expertise: Familiarity with hardware and software development lifecycles, AI technologies, and drone or renewable energy systems is beneficial.
• Communication and Leadership: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to lead cross-functional teams, and effective stakeholder management.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify challenges, develop solutions, and execute them effectively under tight deadlines.
• Experience with Google Sheets/ Docs, Jira, Trello or similar
• Relevant Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience: Prior experience in the technology, manufacturing, or renewable energy industries is a strong advantage.
