Job Summary
We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Marketing Specialist with strong experience in a retail/supermarket environment. The ideal candidate will lead marketing initiatives, drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and oversee both digital and in-store marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals
• Drive sales growth through targeted campaigns and promotions
• Oversee digital marketing (social media, paid ads, email marketing, SEO)
• Plan and execute in-store activations, promotions, and merchandising strategies
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets and ROI
• Lead and supervise the marketing team and external vendors
• Ensure consistent brand positioning and communication across all channels
• Collaborate with store and operations teams to improve customer experience and sales performance
• Track and report on campaign performance and key business metrics

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–8 years experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a retail/supermarket environment
• Proven track record of driving sales through marketing strategies
• Strong expertise in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
• Experience managing marketing budgets and campaigns
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Must reside within Lekki, VI, or nearby areas
