At Landmark Africa Group, we are redefining premium lifestyle, hospitality, and real estate experiences across Africa. We are currently seeking a high-performing Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the commercialization of our flagship premium development — Waterview Apartments.

This role is designed for a strategic dealmaker with deep access to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNI), investors, and diaspora buyers, with a singular focus on driving sales and market positioning for Waterview Apartments.

About the Role The Waterview Apartments Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing targeted strategies to drive occupancy, sales velocity, and investor acquisition for Waterview Apartments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end sales strategy for Waterview Apartments, ensuring aggressive revenue and conversion targets are met.
• Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns focused on HNI clients, institutional investors, and diaspora buyers.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, real estate investors, and global property buyers.
• Drive direct sales through private showings, exclusive events, and high-level client engagements.
• Identify and penetrate diaspora markets through strategic partnerships, international roadshows, and digital campaigns.
• Position Waterview Apartments as a premium investment and lifestyle asset in both local and global markets.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and digital teams to deliver compelling campaigns that convert leads to sales.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and buyer behavior to refine pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in high-level real estate sales and marketing, preferably within luxury developments.
• Proven track record of closing high-value property transactions.
• Strong network of HNI clients, diaspora investors, and investment groups.
• Demonstrated experience selling off-plan or luxury residential developments.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Deep understanding of the Nigerian luxury real estate market and global investment trends.
