Job Title: Senior Associate, Finance & Transactions Lead

Location: Lagos (Hybrid)

Reporting To: Managing Partner

Role Summary

Crimson Oak Partners is seeking a high-caliber Senior Associate, Finance & Transactions Lead to anchor its Finance and Capital Structuring practice.This role is responsible for leading complex financial modelling, capital structuring, and transaction execution across debt, equity, restructuring, and institutionalization mandates. The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of financial architecture, valuation, capital markets advisory, and board-level reporting. This is a mandate-owning leadership role, not a back-office finance function.
Key Responsibilities

• Building robust financial models, forecasts, and capital allocation frameworks

• Advising on cash flow optimization and capital structure decisions

• Leading valuation and transaction structuring across debt and equity

• Supporting investor engagements, negotiations, and due diligence processes

• Delivering board-ready insights and strategic financial recommendations

• Strengthening internal capabilities through mentoring and standardized modelling practices.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance.

• 4–8+ years in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, structured lending, or Big 4 transaction advisory

• Strong financial modelling background with demonstrated complex deal exposure

• Experience supporting capital raises above ₦500m preferred

• Exposure to the Nigerian regulatory and financing landscape

• Experience presenting to boards and senior executives
