Responsibilities:
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process
• Maintain and update performance records, scorecards, and employee evaluation data
• Coordinate performance review schedules, documentation, and reporting
• Assist line managers with performance tracking, improvement plans, and documentation
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance files
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or HR/Admin roles
• Demonstrated exposure to performance management processes
• Confidentiality and professional judgment
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination
