Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Human Resources ,in the Pension Industry, based in Victoria Island. The Head of HR will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including developing and implementing HR strategies and policies, HR Operations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and maintaining employee relations. The role also includes supervising HR teams, managing recruitment processes, and promoting a culture that aligns with organizational goals.
Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR),HR Operations and HR Management practices
• Comprehensive understanding of Labor and Employment Law and HR Policies
• Experience in managing Employee Relations and fostering a positive work environment
• Proven leadership and strategic planning abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be experience in Pension Industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an added advantage
• Proficiency in HR software and tools
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
