Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Operations Intern located in Lagos. The intern will support the Sales Operations team by assisting in analyzing sales data, improving customer service processes, and optimizing sales strategies.
Key responsibilities will include managing data records, providing exceptional support to customers and sales teams, and participating in the implementation of operational improvements. The position offers hands-on experience and insights into the operations of a dynamic and fast-growing e-commerce platform.
Qualifications
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and provide insights.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google sheets is mandatory.
• Knowledge or experience in Sales and Sales Operations processes and best practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with sales or CRM tools
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
• A background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
