Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, product penetration, and revenue growth across assigned territories.
• Plan and implement field marketing activities, activations, and promotional campaigns in designated locations.
• Drive sales performance by strengthening presence in retail outlets, open markets, and distribution networks.
• Conduct detailed market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Build and manage strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key trade partners.
• Ensure optimal product visibility, merchandising standards, and brand compliance across all outlets.
• Monitor product movement and provide actionable insights to support sales and distribution efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activities with overall business objectives.
• Manage and support digital marketing initiatives, including social media engagement where applicable.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on campaign performance, market feedback, and regional insights.
• Ensure all marketing activities are delivered within budget and timelines.
