Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Growth & Digital Marketing Manager, based in the Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria. The role involves developing growth strategies to scale user acquisition, managing integrated digital marketing campaigns, and optimizing lead generation efforts.
The Lead
Growth & Digital Marketing Manager will utilize web analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions, manage social media marketing initiatives to build a strong digital presence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
• Expertise in Digital Marketing, including creating and executing campaigns that drive growth and engagement.
• Hands-on experience with Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation to strengthen brand presence and attract potential customers.
• Proficiency in Marketing and Web Analytics to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven leadership abilities to mentor team members and drive collaboration across teams.
• Experience with mobile app marketing or gaming platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, with relevant professional certifications being an advantage.
