Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support our human resources operations and contribute to a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.
The HR Officer will act as a link between management and employees, helping to maintain a productive and engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Support employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Administer payroll, compensation, and employee benefits
• Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills
• Promote workplace health, safety, and employee well-being
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in an HR role (HR Officer, HR Assistant, or similar)
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software

Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦350,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
