Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Field Marketing Officer to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through outdoor and on-ground marketing activities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for physically visiting businesses, corporate offices, schools, and organizations to promote the company’s products and services, secure bulk orders, and build long-term client relationships.
This role is strictly field-based and requires someone who is confident, persuasive, and comfortable engaging clients face-to-face.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outdoor marketing and sales visits to corporate offices, schools, event planners, and organizations
• Identify and generate leads for bulk orders (uniforms, corporate wear, event outfits, etc.)
• Pitch products and services directly to potential clients and decision-makers
• Distribute company profiles, samples, and promotional materials during visits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed sales
• Negotiate pricing and close deals in line with company targets
• Provide regular feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
• Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and conversions
• Represent the brand professionally at all times during client interactions
Requirements
• Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in Sales, Field Marketing, or Business Development
• Proven experience in outdoor/physical sales and client acquisition
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Confident in approaching and engaging clients physically (door-to-door, office visits, etc.)
• Good knowledge of the Abuja market (Wuse, Maitama, Garki, and surrounding areas)
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
