Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Banking and Fintech Commercial Manager based in Lekki.
The Commercial
Manager will oversee business development efforts, build and maintain strong client relationships, drive financial growth through business developments, Sales, partnerships, marketing and advertising. The role involves managing the marketing and advertising team, sales and business development team for all WayaBank banking and payment products and forging strategic partnerships with the key players in the market.
Qualifications
• Expertise in marketing and advertising
• Strong sales and business development skills
• Prior work experience in fintech and Bank is a MUST
• Expertise in Business Relationship Management and the ability to establish and foster client relationships
• Strong Analytical Skills with the capacity to evaluate financial data and derive actionable insights
• Knowledge of Financial Services and Finance, with experience within the banking or fintech industry
• Proficiency in Cash Management, including transaction settlements, reconciliation, and optimizing financial processes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales and growth targets
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
