• Our client is seeking an experienced HR Consultant with a strong background in consulting to provide both strategic and operational HR advisory services to a diverse client base.
• The role involves designing and implementing HR policies, supporting talent management, ensuring compliance, and delivering people-focused solutions that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide HR advisory and consulting support to clients
• Develop and implement HR policies and frameworks
• Support talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations
• Conduct HR audits and deliver improvement recommendations
• Facilitate HR trainings and workshops
Requirements
• Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• 4–7 years of HR experience, with proven experience in HR consulting
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• HR certification (CIPM/SHRM) is an advantage.
