Sales & Marketing Officer (Digital & Field) – Orange Farm
Orange Farm is seeking a Sales & Marketing Officer whose core mission is to build reliable market access, repeat customers, and predictable revenue for fresh vegetables produced by Orange Farm.
This is a hybrid role combining field sales and digital marketing execution. The ideal candidate is both a relationship builder and a performance-driven digital marketer.

Strong online and offline brand positioning The officer will operate across Port Harcourt and Aba, developing urban and peri-urban markets, coordinating harvest timing with the farm, and ensuring produce moves quickly from field to buyer.
Core Responsibilities
• Market Access & Customer Development
Identify and onboard reliable buyers, including:
Restaurants
Hotels
Caterers
Food vendors
Retail shops
Supermarkets
Local markets
Aggregators and institutions
Food processors
Build a portfolio of repeat and high-value customers in Aba & Port Harcourt
Maintain strong buyer relationships through consistency, trust, and quality delivery
Position Orange Farm as a preferred supplier, not a one-time vendor
• Sales Execution & Coordination
Work closely with the Farm Manager and Agronomist to:
Align harvest timing with market demand
Prevent overproduction and waste
Secure buyers ahead of harvest cycles
Coordinate
Deliveries and logistics
Bulk orders
Pricing negotiations
Payment structures
• Digital Marketing & Brand Positioning
Serve as the Digital Marketer for Orange Farm
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
Use digital channels to
Generate leads (restaurants, vendors, households)
Drive consistent demand
Increase brand visibility
Position Orange Farm as the go-to brand for fresh vegetables
Manage and grow online presence through:
Strategic content
Campaign messaging
Conversion-focused marketing
Track and analyze campaign performance (ROI, CAC, conversions)

Provide demand forecasts for farm produce
Track and report
Market prices
Seasonal demand trends
Buyer preferences
Competitor pricing
Translate insights into
Better crop planning
Efficient harvest scheduling
Smarter pricing decisions
