Job Description
Job Overview • The Marketing & PR Specialist will build clients brand visibility, trust, and stakeholder engagement across Nigerian and internationally.
• This role drives awareness among donors, development partners, governments, and project innovators.
Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that position our clients as a trusted funding transparency platform.
• Build brand identity, messaging, and storytelling.
Digital Marketing
• Manage website content, SEO, newsletters, and social media presence.
• Run paid and organic campaigns targeting donors, NGOs, CSR teams, and investors.
Public Relations
• Build relationships with media, journalists, and industry influencers.
• Secure interviews, speaking opportunities,
• Draft press releases and public statements.
Content & Campaigns:
• Produce impact stories, donor success stories, project highlights, and thought leadership content.
• Coordinate campaigns around sustainability, innovation, and funding transparency.
Events & Partnerships Visibility:
• Promote TAG Africa at conferences, webinars, summits, and development forums.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
• 3 - 5 years’ experience in Marketing and Communications.
• Strong copywriting and media relations skills.
• Work experience in technology sector, fintech, NGO, or startup ecosystem preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital growth channels.
