Job Description
Education/Professional Qualification:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or relevant field is an added advantage.
Professional Certifications (Preferred but not Mandatory).
Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) – Nigeria OR Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) International.
Minimum of 10–12 years of experience in corporate services, HR, administration, or related fields.
At least 5 years in a senior leadership role, overseeing multiple functions.
Proven experience in organizational change management, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Strong track record in policy development, strategic planning, and operational excellence.

Pay: ₦1,200,000.00 - ₦1,800,000.00 per month
