Completions Field Supervisor / Senior Specialist


The Completions Field Supervisor is responsible for the preparation and optimization of Completion designs.


Responsibilities:



• Drive and follow up on Completion equipment preparations

• Prepare Completion programs and run technical reviews

• Troubleshooting and service quality follow up

• Job analysis and closure

• Mentoring of Junior field personnel



Experiences and Exposures:



• Bachelor or master’s degree in petroleum, mechanical or electrical engineering

• Experience in Lower, Upper, Gauge, Intelligent completions and liner hanger installations

• Minimum experience of 5 years in Completions with at least 10 installations as supervisor

• Ability to run;

• Lower Completion SAS, Cased and Open hole gravel pack jobs, Formation Isolation valves

• Upper Completion Single and dual string, Safety Valves, Packers, Intervention

• Liner hanger cemented and uncemented liners, Polish mills, tieback installations

• Permanent downhole gauges and Intelligent completion




• Experienced in redressing Completions equipment

• Experienced in downhole hydraulics, running tubular design and analysis simulations

• Experience in land, swamp, offshore and deep-water environments

• Strong work ethics, QHSE culture and customer focused

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong team player with a continuous improvement mindset

• Ability to learn fast in a dynamic environment
