Accountant – Picsible
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Salary Range: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly

Role Summary The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing payroll documentation, and supporting internal control processes. The role also provides structured operational support through documentation, record management, and compliance with internal procedures.
This position requires strong numerical accuracy, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
• Track income, expenses, and operational costs
• Prepare monthly payroll schedules for management approval
• Calculate salaries, allowances, and statutory deductions
• Reconcile bank statements, cash records, and internal payment logs
• Prepare periodic financial summaries and internal reports
• Monitor vendor invoices, payment schedules, and outstanding balances
• Support budgeting and cost monitoring initiatives
Operations & Documentation Support
• Maintain organized internal records and documentation systems
• Manage employee files and documentation updates
• Prepare administrative and employment related documents using approved templates
• Support onboarding documentation and internal compliance processes
• Track attendance, leave records, and operational logs
• Assist with documentation related to internal policies and procedures
• Support internal reviews, audits, and compliance checks when required
Reporting Line
Reports directly to Management.
Qualifications & Experience
• BSc or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• 2 to 4 years relevant accounting experience
• Practical payroll preparation experience required
• Experience in a structured or growth oriented organization is an advantage
• Professional accounting certification or in view status is a plus
