Job Locations: Aba, Umuahia - Abia, Awka, Onitsha, Nnewi - Anambra, Abakaliki - Ebonyi, Uburu, Enugu, 9th Mile, Nsukka - Enugu and Owerri, Orlu, Umuaka, Mbaise - Imo

Key Responsibilities
• Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and record-keeping.
• Provide customers with information regarding banking products and services.
• Assist in balancing the cash drawer and preparing daily reports.
• Ensure all transactions comply with the bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Promote and sell bank products and services to customers.
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
• BSc, B.Ed, B.Eng, B.Agric in any field.
• Prior experience in a banking or customer service role is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Basic knowledge of banking procedures and financial products.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
