• We are seeking an HR Manager to lead and manage the Human Resources function in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR initiatives, overseeing HR operations, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and internal policies, while fostering a productive and engaging workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and act as a strategic advisor to senior management
• Oversee workforce planning to ensure optimal staffing levels and talent development
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory and corporate roles
• Implement onboarding, retention, and employee engagement strategies
• Design and manage performance appraisal systems
• Provide coaching, counselling, and support to managers and employees
• Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
• Identify training needs and drive learning and development initiatives, including leadership development and succession planning
• Ensure competitive and compliant compensation and benefits structure
• Coordinate payroll inputs with Finance
• Ensure HR policies are updated and compliant with labour laws and safety regulations
• Oversee HR documentation, audits, and reporting
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is an advantage)
• 5 - 7 years of HR experience
• Manufacturing or industrial experience is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Experience in employee relations, change management, and HR operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
