We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within deadlines and budget while ensuring high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and work schedules
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Manage project documentation and reporting
• Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure accountability
• Evaluate project performance and recommend improvements
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in project management
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
• Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 is an added advantage
• Experience in the Fashion Industry is an added advantage
