Job Description
Job Summary • The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
• The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting products or services effectively, and closing sales while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
• Promote and sell company products/services to prospective and existing customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in line with company policies
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
• Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to improve sales performance
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
• Excellent presentation and customer service skills.
