About the Role:

Luxlet Africa is looking for a leader to join us as Head of Sales / General Manager. You will drive sales growth and lead our teams to reach the next level. This role is for a professional who understands the Nigerian market and knows how to scale a business.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive Sales:
Create and run sales plans to increase revenue.

Lead Teams:
Manage and support high-performance teams to meet targets.

Strategic Growth:
Find new business opportunities and deliver long-term growth.

Requirements:

Current Experience:
You must currently work as a Bank Manager or Head of Sales in one of the top 10 banks in Nigeria.

Proven Results:
You have a clear track record in sales leadership and business growth.

Leadership:
You possess strong skills in people management and focus on getting results.

Renumeration:

Salary:
7-figure monthly pay.

Negotiation:
We have an open budget and are ready to negotiate for the right candidate.
